3G ELECTRONIC ENGINEERING SERVICES has been founded in year 2009 with well capable semicon experienced Engineers to explore & serve Semicon Industries with passion.

We can repair most of the tools and its accessories/ parts with utmost quality of work with time and cost effectiveness..

We shall design & develop projects for customer needs using PLC's (Trilogic, Mitsubishi, Schneider, SiemensS7 & Omron etc) and IOT's..

Presently 3G has SSMC, Global Foundries, MICRON, Siltronic, Vanguard International Semiconductor, SOITEC, LUMILEDS, EDWARDS life Science, REC and Memstech/Sensfab as potential customers and some other fabs are in negotiation too.

We have partnered with many semicon service providers to widen our customer base until STMicroElectronics, UMC, Silicon Box, AVAGOTECHNOLOGIES , Excelitas, Leica and STATS CHIP PAC.

Example

(1) Sensor Interface Controller Box - designed, developed and installed 19 Controllers in Sort & Merge Tool to identify the root cause of common alarms.(improved MTTR and very efficient monitoring)

(2) LOAD Cup Testing System - designed, developed and installed to capture premature failure of serviced Load Cups which avoided unnecessary down time of CMP tools (improved MTBF)

(3) Centralized Alarm Monitoring System - designed, developed and installed in Vector & EDO Scrubber Systems. 3G's centralized system will be connected with all PLC's in every scrubber system to fetch all alarms registered, reset time and User logon's.

(4) Data Capturing System - designed, developed and Installed 3G's centralized system which will be terminated between the communication loop in between the system and controller. Present system capability is not fast enough to capture surplus temperature data which modern process requires.

(6) Chemical Flow Monitoring System - designed, developed and Installed HF and HNO3 monitoring system in 33x DNS tools to monitor real time low rate with efficiency and precision which eventually finds leakage and over-dispense..

 (5) Cassette Misplacement Detector System - designed & developed a system which finds cassette misplacement in PODs which avoided wafer breakage. (Idiot proof system which detects operator handling issues in Axcelis Tools)

(6) Cables Modifications - designed & modified the OEM cables to avoid frequent failure on moving assemblies. Our Design also improved MTTR.

(D) Equipment Troubleshooting

We have well experienced Engineers who can troubleshoot complex issues like OEM Vendors at reasonable repair cost.
